Hearing in Color is a concert series aimed at highlighting music and composers who are often underrepresented in the larger musical world. It will highlight music of African-American composers who challenge and question racism, composed in spite of constant injustice, and who found shared spirituality among their community in the face of a dark world. Julia will be singing in the Chancel Choir for this event.
