You have been invited to the court of Mother Earth, Gaia. Gaia is sick and the only way to revive her is to tell her story through song. Featuring the world premiere of a new vocal work by composer Laura Jobin-Acosta, a current Inaugural Opera America IDEA Resident. Gaia’s “renaissance” must be realized with the help of Man(kind). Through our knowledge of her past, we can heal the present, and create a more unified, holistic future. Will you accept her invitation?
